RE Jewelry Sales offers the following Returns Policy: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, all items are backed by our satisfaction guarantee and may be returned  in original condition, unaltered and undamaged within 10 days for refund, credit, or exchange. Refunds are subjected to adjustment for shipping and 15% restocking fee. Colors of the gem maybe different depending on your monitor, however they are approximate. Please inspect your order when you receive it. RE Jewelry Sales reserves the right to inspect returned jewelry items for abuse or damage before issuing a refund or exchange. Before returning any item e-mail us at:  info@rejewelrysales.com or call (612) 877-1863 to inform us of the reason for the return. We will not be able to process your return and properly credit your account without contacting us first

You are welcome to have any ring you purchase through us to be resized by a jeweler of your choice, however this will be done at your own risk. Any rings resized will not be accepted for return or exchange. All special order requests for gold settings or ring sizes need to be paid in full before the item will be ordered and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery for custom orders and requests. Most items are one of a kind and once they are sold out, we are not able to reproduce it.

REJewelrySales is not responsible for lost or damage items if the buyer doesn't request it to be mailed with insurance. Purchases under $100 do not included insurance, so please contact me if you want optional insurance for additional costs.  All purchases over $100 will be shipped insured and those costs are included in the shipping and handling costs.

Mn residents are subject to 7.275% sales tax on all purchases.
